LaunchReel turns a product URL you provide into a short promotional launch video. We read the public web page at that URL (its screenshots, brand colors, fonts, and text), generate a scene script and an original soundtrack, and render a video you can download. Free videos are delivered at 720p with a small LaunchReel badge. Paid options remove the badge, render in up to 4K, and unlock the studio editor and the MCP integration. The Service delivers digital goods (video files and related assets); there is no physical shipment.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for your account, your sign-in email, and any API keys you create; keep them confidential. Anything done through your account or keys is treated as done by you. Tell us promptly at hello@trylaunchreel.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

You may only submit URLs and upload content that you own or are authorized to promote. You may not use the Service to create videos for, or from, content that:

is sexually explicit or adult-entertainment; sexualizes minors in any way (we report such content to authorities where required by law); promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hatred or harassment toward people based on protected characteristics; advertises the sale of illegal drugs, weapons, stolen data, or counterfeit goods; facilitates fraud, phishing, malware, or deceptive schemes; or infringes another party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

You also may not misrepresent a product you do not control, resell the Service without our written agreement, probe or overload our systems, circumvent usage limits, or use the API/MCP beyond any rate limits we set. Our automated filters block some prohibited content before rendering; we may also remove content, refuse service, and suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations.

You retain ownership of the URLs you submit, the briefs you write, and the screenshots or logos you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and reproduce Your Content solely to operate the Service: fetching the page, storing captures, generating and rendering your video, and providing it back to you. You represent that you have the rights to Your Content and that our use of it as described does not violate any law or third-party right.

Subject to these Terms and payment of any applicable fee, you own the videos LaunchReel renders for you and may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial and social-media promotion. Free-tier videos carry a LaunchReel badge; paid videos do not. Soundtracks generated by LaunchReel are licensed to you for use within your videos. If you upload your own music or assets, you are responsible for holding the necessary rights.

Current pricing is shown on the site. Your first video is free. The 4K unlock is a one-time charge that applies to a single video. Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly at the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and authorized reseller; Lemon Squeezy’s terms and privacy policy also apply to your transaction, and applicable taxes may be added at checkout. By subscribing to Pro, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account or via the link in your receipt; cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the paid period. We may change prices with notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.

If a render fails, we will re-run it at no charge. If we are unable to deliver a video you paid for, we will refund that purchase. Because our products are digital goods delivered immediately, one-time 4K unlocks are otherwise non-refundable once the 4K master has been rendered and made available for download. Subscription fees already billed for the current period are non-refundable, but you keep access until the period ends. To request a refund or report a problem, email hello@trylaunchreel.com.

The Service, including its software, engine, design, and brand, is owned by LaunchReel and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no rights to our marks or software except the right to use the Service as intended. The “Made with LaunchReel” badge on free videos must not be removed except by using a paid plan.

If you believe content made with or hosted by LaunchReel infringes your copyright, email hello@trylaunchreel.com with: identification of the work, the URL or video in question, your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act, and your signature. We remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated videos will meet your expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchReel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold LaunchReel harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to comply with law. On termination, the licenses you granted us end, except as needed to complete transactions already in progress or to meet legal obligations. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) survive termination.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on the site, and continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
