You provide: your email address (for sign-in), the product URLs you submit, briefs you write, and screenshots or logos you upload.

Created for you: the videos, posters, timelines, and page captures we render, and the API keys you create (we store only a hashed form of each key, never the plaintext).

Automatically: basic technical data needed to run the Service, such as your session and the cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Payments: subscription and purchase status from our payment processor. Card and billing details are handled by Lemon Squeezy and never reach our servers.

To provide the Service: authenticate you, fetch the public page at the URL you submit, generate and render your video, and store your library. To process payments and manage subscriptions. To communicate with you (sign-in links, receipts, and service notices). To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and comply with law. Our legal bases, where applicable, are performance of our contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, and legal obligations.

To make your video we fetch the public web page at the URL you provide, the same page any visitor would see. We do not access pages behind a login. Screenshot crops of that page may be sent to an AI provider (Anthropic) to help select which visuals work best, and your page text is sent to generate the script. We do not use your data to train AI models, and we do not sell your data.

We share data only with the service providers needed to run LaunchReel, each acting under contract and only for the purposes above: Supabase (database, storage, authentication), Vercel (website hosting), Railway (video render workers), Lemon Squeezy (payments, as merchant of record), Anthropic (script and vision model calls), and our email provider (sign-in links and receipts). We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights and users. We do not sell personal data.

Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Working files on our render machines are deleted after each job completes. Your account data, videos, and assets are kept until you delete them or close your account. After account deletion we remove your data within 30 days, except records we must retain for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Under GDPR (EEA/UK) and CCPA/CPRA (California) you have these rights, including the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising them; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We protect your data with measures including encrypted transport, hashed API keys, access controls, and row-level security so each account can only reach its own data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information and will notify affected users and authorities of a breach where required by law.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
